These terms apply to your use of nelberry.net, operated by Nelberry LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Nelberry”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, send spam through its forms, or access it with automated tools in ways that harm it or other people.

Products and fairs

Product photos, colors, and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but natural cotton and hand finishing mean small variations happen — that’s part of the charm. Fair dates and locations can change; we’ll update the site as soon as we know. Purchases made in person at fairs are subject to the terms shared at the booth. If there’s a problem with something you bought from us, email info@nelberry.net and we’ll sort it out.

Custom orders

Submitting a custom request doesn’t create an order. Orders are confirmed only after we agree on a quote, design, and timeline in writing. By uploading a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and allow us to use it to prepare mock-ups and produce your order. Deposits, cancellations, and production details are set out in your quote.

Emails

If you join our list, we’ll send occasional emails about fairs, collections, and stories. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Our content

The Nelberry name, logo, photos, and text on this site belong to Nelberry LLC or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without asking.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Nelberry isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
