Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Nelberry LLC (“Nelberry”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use nelberry.net, sign up for our emails, or contact us, and how we use it. We keep it short and we don’t sell your data.
What we collect
- Email list: your email address, when and where you signed up (for example “home page” or a fair QR code), and when you subscribed or unsubscribed.
- Contact & custom requests: the name, email, phone number, company, and details you send us, plus any logo or artwork file you upload.
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to stop spam and abuse, and a bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free page statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
- To send emails you asked for: fair dates, new collections, catalogs, and stories. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To reply to your messages and prepare quotes for custom orders.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the site, under their own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, file storage, bot protection, and analytics.
- Resend — sending email.
We never sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
- If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only to make sure we don’t email you again.
- Custom requests and uploaded files are kept as long as needed to handle your order and for our business records.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@nelberry.net.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection.
Children
Our site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
